With 240 km of shoreline in Sydney Harbour there are lots of options. If you have your own group of six people or more we can design a trip to suit.
On WEEKDAYS, EARLY MORNING, I run personalised tours for small private groups (1 to 3 people) where it's just yourselves with myself (Patrick) as your guide. These are $150 for an individual or $120/person if there are 2 or 3 of you. They'd need to start at around 6:30 am. Generally because of it's just a small group we should be able to cover 80% of the route we'd normally cover on the Bridge Paddle or the Balmain Paddle. Since it's usually a lot calmer early mornings and the harbour is much quieter on weekdays the Bridge Paddle is an option even if you aren't experienced - it just depends on the weather and your ability.
Here are some photos from one of these tours where we did most of the Bridge Paddle route:

Afternoon paddles are not really an option. I've tried this and Sydney Harbour is too windy most afternoons to make it worth bothering with. Better for sailing.
Give Patrick a call if you'd like to discuss other possibilities.
We have some restrictions since we must comply with our NSW Maritime licence and the practical limitations of finding suitable launch sites.
